Abstract

The article presents synthetically the proceedings of the debate devoted to the position of a woman in the
XXI century in different areas: demography, education, health, labour market and social insurance. The newest census data from 2021  of the (Polish) Central Statistical Office, as well as the data from the (Polish) Social Insurance ce,  were discussed during the debate.
