The contribution analyses two recent EU directives (2018/957 and 2014/67) regulating the posting of
workers in the framework of the freedom of provision of services. It focuses on two central issues: the extension of posted workers’ rights, and the improvement of administrative cooperation to combat fraud more effifi ciently. It concludes that recent legislative evolutions concerning posting of workers should lead to improvement in posted workers’ situation, in particular if cooperation between Member States’ administrations is buttressed by the new European Labour Administration.
